1. Inquiry & Requirement Confirmation
Clients submit product demands, including apparel style, functional requirements, fabrics, order quantity, customization needs and delivery schedule. Our professional business team provides targeted solution consultation and professional technical replies within the shortest time.
2. Solution & Quotation Confirmation
According to client requirements, we formulate a tailored production and customization plan, confirm detailed production standards, and provide accurate formal quotation. Both parties communicate and adjust details to reach a preliminary cooperation consensus.
3. Sample Development & Verification
For customized orders, we arrange professional proofing production. After internal quality inspection, finished samples are sent to clients for confirmation. We revise and optimize samples according to client feedback until final approval is obtained.
4. Official Order Placement & Production Arrangement
After sample confirmation and contract signing, we arrange raw material procurement and formal production scheduling. We formulate a detailed production schedule and synchronize the progress with clients regularly.
5. In-production Quality Control
