Fujian Aoxin Garment Co., Ltd. has introduced a fully automatic hanging system, integrating multiple automated processes to optimize the production flow and effectively improve production efficiency and product quality. The specific process is as follows:
Order Information Entry: Key information from orders, such as style, quantity, and size, is entered into the system, providing data support for the subsequent formulation of production plans and material management.
Material Preparation and Allocation: Fabrics and accessories are accurately prepared according to order requirements, and allocated in line with production schedules.
Cutting and Conveyance: Fabrics are cut in accordance with design drawings, and the cut pieces are directly transferred to the sewing section via the fully automatic hanging system, reducing the time consumed in intermediate transportation.
Sewing and Initial Inspection: Sewing workers complete sewing operations at designated workstations in accordance with process standards. After semi-finished products are produced, they immediately undergo quality inspection. Unqualified products are returned for rework, while qualified ones are transferred to the next process.
Ironing and Finishing: Qualified semi-finished products are ironed, and detailed processes such as edge sewing, button attaching, and embroidery are completed simultaneously to ensure that the product appearance and craftsmanship meet the standards.
Final Inspection and Packaging of Finished Products: Finished products undergo a second quality inspection. After confirming that they fully meet the factory standards, they are packaged in a standardized manner and enter the stage of preparation for shipment.
Warehousing and Logistics: Packaged products are stored in the warehouse for unified management, waiting for the logistics link to arrange delivery.
Throughout the entire production cycle, the system records data of all links in real time, providing a basis for subsequent production efficiency analysis and process optimization.
