It depends on the order quantity, complexity of styles, and production processes. For simple basic styles with small order quantities, production can be completed in 1-2 weeks; for garments with complex designs or multiple processes and large order quantities, it may take 1-3 months.
We control quality through multiple links. When purchasing, we strictly select fabric suppliers and conduct comprehensive inspections on fabrics before they enter the factory; during production, we provide skill training for employees, standardize operating procedures, and regularly maintain equipment to ensure precise operation; each process has a quality inspection link, and finished products are also sampled to ensure they meet quality standards.
We offer a variety of fabrics. Natural fabrics include cotton, linen, silk, and wool, which are skin-friendly and breathable; chemical fiber fabrics such as polyester and nylon are wear-resistant and easy to care for; there are also blended fabrics that combine the advantages of multiple fabrics, such as cotton-polyester blends, which have both the comfort of cotton and the crispness of polyester, meeting different clothing needs.
We strictly select fabric suppliers, and the selected fabrics have undergone pre-shrinking treatment and color fastness testing. Under normal washing conditions, fading and shrinking are within industry standards. Dark-colored fabrics may have slight floating color during the first wash, which is normal and will improve in subsequent washes.
